Trevor Abbott Sports Centre

Trevor was a pupil and later a governor of Cranleigh School. His brother, five children and other family members also attended the school. An ambition of Trevor's was to lead a fundraising campaign to build a new sports centre at the school, but his death prevented this. With encouragement from the headmaster, Trevor's eldest son, Benjamin, took on this challenge.

With donations from Sir Richard Branson, friends of Cranleigh School and Trevor's five children, the funds were raised and the Trevor Abbott Sports Centre  was opened by Sir Richard in 2002.
